Q: Do I have to deal with multiple recycling vendors?
No. As a Managed Services Provider, Complete Recycling offers a single point of contact and an all-inclusive solution for your recycling and waste needs. There is no need to contact individual vendors to handle your different products such as scrap metal, paper, plastic, food waste, and trash. We manage these vendors on behalf of our clients, but in order to not hinder our clients’ operations, if needed, through our Client Portal clients are still able to communicate directly to each vendor.
Q: If you’re headquartered in San Diego, how can I use your services if I’m in another state?
Complete Recycling focuses on managing processes and finding solution for our clients.
- Finding solutions often times requires our team members to travel to our client locations to better understand how we can help. Our relationships with recycling companies throughout the United States enables Complete Recycling to put our clients in contact with pre-screened best-in-class vendors who can provide the solutions needed.
- Managing processes requires a technology component. Our in-house IT Team, custom-built our online Client Portal system, which enables Complete Recycling to provide management and data services for our clients, no matter where they are located. Each vendor under our management provides the day-to-day services that clients request through our Client Portal. As we monitor the Client Portal, we ensure that vendors respond promptly, can be replaced very quickly, and provide timely reporting. We also constantly seek cost savings opportunities for our clients.
Q: I don’t even know where to begin with my company’s recycling. Can you provide me with some information on how to start?
Absolutely. Our expertise in recycling, from corrugated cardboard to food waste, offers clients consultative services that identify the most cost-effective way to handle their waste while meeting sustainability goals and maximizing the value of recyclable materials.
Q: How can I be sure you work with reputable companies for recycling?
Our industry reputation, experience, and knowledge ensures that we work with trusted partners who properly account for and process materials, so you can avoid any downstream liability issues and rest easy knowing your recycling program is in compliance. Upon request, we are happy to provide references to our satisfied clients.
Q: What if I’m looking for a unique recycling program that you haven’t listed?
Our recycling programs are designed around you. Our consultation services identify the most beneficial recycling program for your company to uncover hidden revenue. We can assess your current recycling and waste programs and suggest ways to maximize profit or implement an all-inclusive recycling program if none exists.
Q: Can you help me sell any other materials?
Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. Often times Reuse is forgotten! Our expertise and knowledge extends beyond the recycling industry. Our relationships in the secondary and re-useable marketplace enable Complete Recycling to help our clients sell their reusable items, unwanted equipment, and hard-to-move items.
Q: How do you handle confidential documents and product destruction in your recycling programs?
Our primary concern when handling sensitive materials is to keep them secure and confidential. We offer customized services to destroy confidential documents and products. We also work with partners that offer secure containers for collecting and transporting these materials. If needed, Certificates of Destruction are provided.
Q: What if I have a material (i.e. hazardous waste, etc.) that you do not recycle?
In the event that you have a material that Complete Recycling does not handle, we serve as an industry resource. We can identify reputable recyclers for your unique waste management needs and manage the relationship and billing for you.
Additionally, we understand the importance of confidentiality for clients. If needed, Certificates of Destruction (CODs) can be provided.
